Un s\u00e1bado por la tarde de agosto de 2021, una madre de Houston conduc\u00eda hacia el este por la calle Bissonnet con cuatro de sus hijos en el coche. Resolvimos este caso mediante un acuerdo aprobado por el tribunal en el Tribunal del Distrito Judicial 129 del Condado de Harris<\/a>. El Tribunal celebr\u00f3 una audiencia formal para la resoluci\u00f3n del acuerdo, en la que el tutor ad litem confirm\u00f3 que los t\u00e9rminos eran justos y redundaban en el inter\u00e9s superior de los menores. El juez estuvo de acuerdo y aprob\u00f3 el acuerdo en su totalidad.<\/p>\n

Como parte de la resoluci\u00f3n, se orden\u00f3 que los fondos asignados a los hijos menores se depositaran en cuentas que devengan intereses en la Secretar\u00eda del Distrito del Condado de Harris, donde se mantendr\u00e1n a salvo hasta que cada ni\u00f1o cumpla 18 a\u00f1os. Se trata de una medida de protecci\u00f3n que garantiza que el dinero estar\u00e1 disponible para ellos cuando m\u00e1s lo necesiten, y que no se gastar\u00e1 antes de que tengan la edad suficiente para beneficiarse de \u00e9l.<\/p>\n
